How to order a product?

- Once we received your orders, we will send an email for the payment instructions.

How to order a product in bulk?
Please send us an email or message via our Viber account for bulk orders. Minimum count for bulk orders is 20 pieces for soap, cologne, and other bottled products. Give us 2 to 3 working days to respond to your messages.
Is there a minimum amount for orders?
None. Although we suggest that you order more products to maximize the shipping costs.
How much is the shipping fee?
Orders are shipped from Solano, Nueva Vizcaya or Manila to your destination via JRS Express/LBC/ABest (Provincial) ZOOM (Manila). Please find below shipping rates:
- ABest - 100php
- JRS - 120php
- ZOOM - 60php
- XEND - 60php
- LBC - 185php
Note: Shipping fee is dependent on location and volume of your order.
What methods of payment do you accept?
You may choose to pay through any of the following after checkout:
- Bank Deposit: BDO/BPI
- Online Bank Transfer: BDO/BPI
- Pera Pdala: LBC, Palawan Express
Payment details will be indicated in your invoice after you have placed your orders. Invoice(s) will be sent to the email address.
How long will my order arrive?
Orders will be shipped the following day, if paid before cut-off (5pm).
Under normal circumstances, package will arrive to your destination 1 to 3 days after shipment. However during peak season, holidays or bad weather condition, package may arrive up to 4 days. Please contact the courier in your respective area to follow-up or inquire online thru their online tracking regarding the status of your package.
Please give us 3 to 5 days to deliver your item, after your payment has been confirmed.
Do you ship outside the Philippines?
Yes, but please send us an advanced email before ordering.
Are your products safe for kids?
Yes. Since all our products are made from organic and edible ingredients, it is safe to use for kids.
I have skin allergies, is it safe to use your products?
We strongly advise to seek permission from your dermatologist before using any our products. The detailed ingredients are found in the product gallery. Some ingredients may not be suitable for certain skin related diseases.
Is the product safe for people with dreaded diseases?
Yes, as long as the patient does not carry serious skin related problems such as burns, psoriasis, eczema, and the like.
